Receipt will not post

The account {ACCOUNT} is a third-party control account but third-party information isn't present for the journal line. Details: A third-party identifier and third-party site identifier must be provided for each subledger journal entry line that uses a third-party control account.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create unidentified receipt
2. Reverse unidentified receipt.
