On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Work Execution

For rework and Transfer work order type not able to enter negative quantity

We are Implementing Oracle fusion manufacturing , we are facing issue at Operation material item while creating Work order for "rework" & "Transform" type, we are not able to enter negative quantity while assign item to operation.

While adding negative quantity receiving an error note as "negative quantity is allow for Rework and transform type work order only".
