ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EFF attributes are not appearing in OTBI to select under Product Management - Source System Item Real Time area

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Item EFF attributes should be available under OTBI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. item eff attribute are BI enabled and Deploy Extensible Flex fields
b. Run a Schedule Process Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence.
c. Create a OTBI report with a subject area Product Management Source System Item Real Time.
