ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Display Name (submitted by) not shown as Sender Name on Outlook

Usually when approver receives email notification users are able to recognize who submitted it because "Sender Name" is shown. However upon checking some users display name are working and some are not.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Display Name (submitted by) should be shown as Sender Name on Outlook


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Invoice and submit for approval
2. Check the approval mail notification


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user get delay in approval process
