Entered value for "From Email ID" changed in BI Publisher after upgrade to the default value of "bipublisher-report@oracle.com"
Steps to replicate:

1. In BIP Navigate to Administration > Delivery> Delivery Configuration
2. Enter your desired email in the "From Email Address" field
3. Save, and a confirmation that save was successful is given
System gives the following tip:
"Any configuration changes will only take effect after the application is restarted"
