Purpose

The purpose of this document is to empower customers to articulate a Business Case which accurately reflects their business needs and the associated impact of those needs not being delivered by the Oracle Applications functionality available.

The intent of this document is to encourage and inspire customers to author the best written Business Cases.

An escalation process that utilizes a Business Case is likely to lead to a superior ownership experience with all stakeholders aware of the negative impact of the issue in terms of use of the application and on your business (after go-live) or milestone (during implementation).

Scope

 This document provides a guide to help write a quality Business Case.
