When is the Status_code and Shipment Fields on the DOO_LINES_ALL table updated?

Fulfillment Lines have been closed, the related DOO_LINES_ALL rows show no data for:

SHIPPED QUANTITY
SCHEDULE_SHIP_DATE
ACTUAL_SHIP_DATE

DOO_LINES_ALL.STATUS_CODE = OPEN
