Symptoms

When a user that has either "DV Consumer" OAC / OAS application role or "ServiceViewer" Identity Management Cloud Service (IDCS) role, tries to export data from a project to CSV file, the menu option is not listed (only export to PowerPoint, Acrobat and Image are available.
