Symptoms

On : Unifier 19.12.5.1


When a user has their language preference set to French, when opening a Business Process (BP) record, the following error occurs:

Le systeme n a pas pu trater votre demande
dans certain cas, une reconnexion peut reoudre ie probleme

English translation: The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier as a user that has the language preference set to French
  2. Go to any BP and attempt to open a record.
