Received SSL handshake exception error when attempting to use JAVA API to login to Essbase

ERROR Package.Server 490 : com.essbase.api.base.EssException: Cannot connect to Provider Server.javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target.
