Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Manage Expenses

When attempting to to create a spend authorization below error was seen when click on to add 'estimated expenses'.

The Java type of the flexfield parameter must match the Java type of the segment that uses it.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.create spend authorization
