On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Process Payables Payments

Send Separate Remittance Advice producing remittance for pay site with null method

We have numerous Payment Sites paid electronically where we do not require to send a printed remittance.
Running the 'Send Separate Remittance Advice' process and it is generating remittances for payment sites where the 'Separate Remittance Advice Delivery' is set to Null. In test, changed one of the Sites to Delivery email and it no longer prints a remittance.
Since there is no 'None' option on Advice Delivery should Null be defaulting to Print ?
