Purchase Order Is Not Closed Through Entity CLOSE_PURCHASE_ORDERS in Data Conversion Tool (Doc ID 2709960.1)

Symptoms

In Data Conversion tool, Users are not able to close Purchase Order (PO) using CLOSE_PURCHASE_ORDERS Induction Load. 

Error:

"Cannot cancel this order" and  sql_lib.create_msg message:@0ORD_SHIPSKU_EXIST.

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Create PO.
  2. Create Shipment.
  3. Create Receipt.
  4. Login to Data Conversion Tool and Close PO using CLOSE_PURCHASE_ORDERS.
