P6 Professional Updates Are Not Reflected in the Cloud Database (Doc ID 2709997.1)

Symptoms

Changes made by a user in P6 Professional using the CloudConnect driver with the client-side cache enabled (checked) are not reflected in the Cloud database.

Error in primavera.cacheservice.log

When the client side cache is enabled in P6, changes made by the user are first reflected in the local cache database, and changes are incrementally uploaded to the Cloud database by the Primavera.Cacheservice.  If the synchronization is not occurring, the Cloud database does not get updated with the changes.
