Commerce Line Level Formula Not Running on Final Approval Actions (Doc ID 2710171.1)

Symptoms

When a line item attribute is updated by the user on a quote's final approval, any formulas that are supposed to update said attribute run on quote approval will not run. It's expected that if a user applies a change to the line item grid on approve, the approve formulas would run without interference.
