Symptoms
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Manage Position change FTE position details fte to 0.XX with the effective start date: dd.mm.yyyy.
2. Go to the Manage Employment and make an assignment update with dd.mm.yyyy and get the error.
