Possible Duplicates Pop up not coming when we are creating accounts in Real time or Batch mode

1. In real time, possible duplicates pop up should appear when it's created an account with same name as it's enabled Account De duplication for Real Time;
2. For Batch mode also, it's not created any Duplication Identification batches;
