Symptoms
Clicking on View Shipments and Receipts button for a transfer order.
throws the below error. Currently the issue is limited to a single transfer order.

Too many objects match the Primary Key oracle.jbo.key [3008 3003]
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supply Chain Execution > Inventory Management > Task > Manage Transfer Orders
2. Query a transfer order
3. Click on View Shipments and Receipts button, above error is thrown
