POSU file with multiple consignment sales do not process successfully into RMS. SALESPROCESS_JOB creates rejects in SVC_POSUPLD_STATUS table with following error:

@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS01.PK_ORDHEAD) violated@2coresvc_sales_upload_prst_sql.persist_ORDHEAD

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Items in RMS with Purchase Type as Consignment. Purchase Cost is Unit Cost at Item Supplier.
2. Range it to store locations.
3. Upload RTLog in ReSA with 2 Consignment Items' sales in a single file.
4. Check the Store Day in ReSA for errors if any.
5. Click on Totals/Audit to audit the sales.
6. Run the batches to export sales to RMS and process in RMS.
7. Check data in TRAN_DATA table in RMS for the Consignment Items. Observe that no sales data is processed.
8. Check SVC_POSUPLD_STATUS table for the store file. Note that the transaction is written with the error noted above.
