Stockcountprocess_job Failed with Unique Constraint Error (Doc ID 2710611.1)

Symptoms

During cycle count, stockcountprocess_job failed with error:

"0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS01.PK_STAKE_SKU_LOC) violated@2CORESVC_STOCK_UPLOAD_SQL.CREATE_STAKE_SKU_LOC".

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create stock count.
  2. Run in order:
    REFEODINVENTORY_JOB
    REFRESH_MV_RESTART_STOCK_COUNT_JOB
    STKXPLD
    STKUPD_PRE
    STKUPD
    DTESYS.
  3. Upload count file.
  4. Run LIFSTKUP_JOB, STOCKCOUNTUPLOAD_JOB and STOCKCOUNTPROCESS_JOB.
  5. Check SVC_STKUPLD_FHEAD , SVC_STKUPLD_STATUS , SVC_STKUPLD_FDETL and SVC_STKUPLD_FTAIL tables.
  6. Notice that SVC_STKUPLD_STATUS  has error: "0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS01.PK_STAKE_SKU_LOC) violated@2CORESVC_STOCK_UPLOAD_SQL.CREATE_STAKE_SKU_LOC".
