Symptoms
The Customer is using a non-multistop itinerary (multistop unchecked). They are using Ship With Groups on Order Release Constraints tab. In the Parameter Set they have Property: FAVOR SAME SHIP WITH GROUP set to true and they have MULTISTOP COST SAVING CHECK TYPE set to 3. Do not perform cost savings check. With this configuration, they are getting orders with Ship with Group populated to combine with the same ship group as well as different ship with groups and orders with no ship with group defined. This works well for them
for the most part but every now and then they get a BP with maybe 400 orders that ends up building 400 direct shipments instead of one shipment.
