While doing stage write activity it fails with error

Translation to native failed. Invalid text '2011-09-05T00:00:00.000+00:00 2011-11-24T00:00:00.000+00:00 2011-11-25T00:00:00.000+00:00 2011-11-11T00:00:00.000+00:00 ' in element: 'HOLIDAY_DATE'.
The data does not conform to the NXSD schema. Please correct the problem.
