SAIMPTLOGFIN batch closes a re-opened Store/Day

Steps to reproduce:
1. Re-open a Store/Day from UI.
2. Run SAIMPTLOGFIN batch.
3. Note the Store/Day is closed again.This is an issue if the user is in the middle of processing pending or errored out transactions.
