Symptoms

Deleted an existing application on the Test pod, that contained the Sample Bikes application.

After successful deletion of the application, imported a snapshot from the Prod pod.  The snapshot zip file uploaded successfully, however the import fails with the following error, after several hours.

EPMLCM-14000 Error Reported from FDM Enterprise.

Changes

 Deleted existing application and migrated an application snapshot exported from another source pod.
