Fusion Applications is unable to connect to SOACS due to Public CA certificate chain issues.
This happens when the SOACS environment is not using OTD.
In the past, to resolve this, the Fusion Applications team would import the SOACS certificates into the Fusion Apps keystore.
However the Fusion Applications team will no longer import certificates, and instead this note explains how to check and confirm that the Public CA certificate chain is correctly imported on the SOACS side.
