WFM - Activities Not Being Shown On Productive Reports (Doc ID 2711109.1)

Symptoms

After completing picking tasks on WMS and after theses activities have been processed by the workforce, they do not show in any information on productivity reports.

Go to Productivity Report View - wfm > Enter a search criteria and run the search. The screen shows data. Select one of the records and click on Chart. No data is shown.
