Symptoms

When trying to activate an OIC integration in the Production environment, it is giving a null pointer exception and in the diagnostic log, it failed to refresh metadata from OFSC adapter.

The integration and connection have already been active for a while.

It was just deactivated, one of the mappings corrected, and then activated again, and the error received.
