REST Endpoints with Long\Large Query Parameters are Returning 400 Bad Request (Doc ID 2711227.1)

Symptoms

When using the listSkus REST API to return a list of 2000+ skuIds, the query responds back with a 400 Bad Request. Even when using CURL to submit the same request the following error is returned
