Symptoms

 After 20C upgrade, Deleted Goals are Not Appearing on the Approval Notification Received by Line Manager

  1. Login as employee, try to delete a goal 
  2. Submit goal for approval
  3. Line manager receives notification but the notification shows as blank
  4. Newly created goals are showing correctly on the notification, issue is with only deleted goals information
