Goal

Why AmdmntInfDtls tag is not populated when the below steps were performed?

1. Create Debit Authorization with Bank Account A

2. Create Settlement Batch

3. Change the bank account to Bank Account B

4. Change the bank account back to Bank Account A

5. Create Settlement Batch

Amendment Indicator is True, but Amendment Details are missing.
