No Data to Display Message in Dashboard Configured to Use a Data Cube (Doc ID 2711463.1)

On : Unifier 19.12.4


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------

When a dashboard is configured to use a data cube, the section shows the following message:  No data to display.  The data cube does have data results.

Configuring a custom dashboard, it doesn't display information using a Data cube


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Data should display.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier
  2. Navigate to Shell > Admin Mode >
  3. Select Setup > Select Dashboards
  4. Click Create and enter name and click Save
  5. Select Dashboard created > Click + sign to add new tab and provide a name, click Save
  6. Select new Tab click on drop down arrow in upper right hand corner and select Custom
  7. Select desired data cube, fill in appropriate information and then click Save.
