ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Execute Incremental Load of SR Audit Data for Reporting process is not working

We are trying to run the 'Execute Incremental Load of SR Audit Data for Reporting' Scheduled Process in order to use the SR Lifecycle Analytics in OTBI. When we have run the process the status keeps coming up as 'Retrying'. Please could you help us to establish why this process is not completing successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Navigator >> Scheduled processes
2. run the job 'Execute Incremental Load of SR Audit Data for Reporting'
3. it keeps retrying

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the specific report in BI.
