Partner Contacts Are Showing Duplicate Values On UI (Doc ID 2711487.1)

Symptoms


On Partner Contact subtab, multiple contact duplicates are visible. It is impacting user experience as well as PPMs are facing problems because of this issue.

When a user navigates to the Edit Partner - Partner Contact tab,

and if there are many partner contacts (say 20 or more spanning to more than one single page),
then a vertical scroll bar shows up. Moving this vertical scroll bar causes duplicate partner contact records to show up.

But if the number of Partner Contacts is just 3 or 4, then no scroll bar appears and we do not see this issue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Exact records should be shown. The vertical scroll bar should not show up duplicate records.


STEPS
-----------------------
Partner >> Edit Partner > Go to Partner Contacts subtab >> scroll down >> Duplicate contacts are present


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot identify actual records and it is unacceptable to have duplicate records being shown.

And end user if attempts to close out one of the record appearing multiple times, thinking duplicate record, it is actually deleting the original record;

because in real there is only one record, and once user moves using vertical scroll bar the records are displayed multiple times, not that record is multiple times

in the database.
