When Creating New Project/Shell, it is Missing Some Project Logs Nodes

When creating a new Project/Shell, the Company Admin navigates to Admin Mode > Access Control, a Business Process log node that should have been created is not displayed, so users cannot be granted access. The project was created with a standard process: Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Company Sponsored > All and clicking on new.
Expecting the Business Process log to be listed in Access Control so the administrator can select it.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the Unifier environment.
- Navigate to the newly created Project/Shell > Admin Mode > Access Control > There is no BP logs node listed.
- One other observation was that the Shell itself would intermittently not load correctly to be viewed.
