Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Unable to Add Sub-levels for Other Countries (Doc ID 2712256.1)

Problem Description:

Users are unable to add sub-levels within Geography Hierarchy Structure for countries other than United States and Canada.

For other countries, the sub-levels are grayed-out and show as Not Available.
