On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Digital Customer Service
When attempting to integrate DCS application with Oracle Engagement Cloud using the Oracle Cloud Account Authentication Method
the following error occurs.
ERROR
Access to fetch at 'https://<server>.oraclecloud.com/crmRestApi/resources/latest/Name_S_c?limit=100000' from origin 'https://<server>.oraclecloud.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Integrate DCS application with Oracle Engagement Cloud
2. Authentication method used is Oracle Cloud Account
3. Error reported as shown above
