Intermittent Outbound Connection Failures Post POD Migration To OCI Region (Doc ID 2712820.1)

Symptoms

Outbound connections to HTTPS or SFTP endpoints are failing post migration of customer POD to OCI data center. Issue is intermittent and impacts portion of outbound requests.

Note: You are using IP white listing to restrict access only from trusted Oracle IP's and have already updated the white list to include OCI region IP's listed in Doc ID 2698639.1. Yet the intermittent issue persists.
