Symptoms

Error occurs when trying to upload an item along with Custom Flex Attributes (CFA).

ERROR
-----------------------
Base record does not exists.

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Create a new template for uploading/downloading item along with CFA.
  2. Fill the template with new item information along with CFA values.
  3. Upload the template and notice the below error:
    "Base record does not exists."
