O365 - Marking One Of Two Fields Mandatory

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On Contact create screen, Work Phone number should be mandatory if Mobile Phone number is empty and viceversa.
I conditionally marked the fields.
I can save the Contact in O365 just after filling in one of the phone numbers.
Expectation: When one of two fields must be filled in, the O365 add-in should mark these fields with 2 asteriscs, instead of one.
