On : NA version, Core SOA Product Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Audit trail is still logged for below BPEL Composites even though audit level is set to off on system level.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once audit is turned off, it should not log the audit entries.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Turn audit level to off in EM Console system (SOA Administration -> Common Properties)
2. Set SOA Admin -> BPEL Properties to production.
3. Note audit details are logged in.
