XML-22043: (Error) Extension function error: Method not found 'parseEscapedXML oracle.tip.pc.service

After recently migrated SOACS from OCI-C to OCI Gen2 Cloud. Currently, while performing validations and smoke testing the services. OSB projects has XSLTs for transformations.

In one of the XSLTs, we have used oraext:parseEscapedXML function to parse the string to XML. When running this XSLT, we are getting below exception:
