Tax Calculation On Credit Memo Is Incorrect When Tax Thresholds Are Used (Doc ID 2713335.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 11, 2020

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Tax calculation is incorrect for credit memos when tax thresholds are used.

Taxes are correct when credit memo's are entered manually, but when imported from projects the tax amounts are wrong.

In this case, a credit memo was generated from a return order and the amount of the tax is
$0.00 when the rate is 3%.

In the invoice the tax "PER IVA 3 N" with the rate "3" is calculated
correctly. The calculated amount is $225.00

The credit memo correctly derived the "PER VAT 3 N" tax with the "3" rate but did
not calculate the corresponding amount. Amount = 0.

Verified that the tax in question has a minimal threshold established of $60.00, so
tax should have been calculated on the credit memo.
