Goal

Requirement in Resignation Email Notification.

1. Change the "Approve" and "Reject" MAIL_TO link to "Transaction-Details" link, so that when a user clicks on the "Approve" button, they land on the Edit by Approver UI of Resignation transaction.

2. For FYI and Reject those buttons should not be there.
