After 20C:

If an order is canceled using UI and the user provides a cancel reason and/or comment, the cancel reason and comments are not persisted on the canceled order. The order cancellation works correctly.


1. Create an Order
2. Cancel the Order Header / Line
3. Enter the Reason Code and Comments
4. Query the Canceled Order or Order Line again and Verify the Reason code / Comments
