Agent Console Getting Timed Out While Querying for Orders (Doc ID 2714107.1)

Symptoms

Users are not able to search for orders in Agent console. While searching for orders in agent console, the request is getting timed-out and following error is seen in the UI:

Performance issue due to previous call to the same endpoint.

While following response is seen on the browser console:

504 Gateway Time-Out.
