Not Able To See Outcomes And Resolutions On SR UI (Doc ID 2714424.1)

The admin user has configured Outcomes and Resolutions, and has added the field to SR details layout.
When the users opens the DCL on the UI, they do not have lists of values for Outcomes or for Resolution Code, they have only Resolution Code field, this being blank, and when trying to search for a Resolution Code, no values are showing.
