Goal

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Partner Management

Error during the Partner Creation process - popup error appeared.

The Followed Step are:

1. Access to Partner managemente section
2. Click on the Create Partner
3. Fill the fields mandatory fields
4. Save
5. Popup Error--> Errore Message: Cannot invoke method substring () or null object
6. Save
7 Popup Error-->
You can't assign party usage INACTIVE_PARTNER because it's incompatible with party usage PARTNER that has already been assigned. (HZ-120374)
