ItemFulRep Missing Certain Child Nodes When Compared Against ItemCre Message XML (Doc ID 2714572.1)

Goal

When enabling ItemFulRep mode within RIB (SYSTEM_OPTIONS.PUB_FULL_OBJECT_IND=Y), some of the child data nodes do not appear to be populated. For instance, Supplier and Dimension details which should be present are missing.
