On Unifier : Version 19.12.6
When a workflow type Business Process is utilizing a View Form and the design/configuration/setup allows users to Add Attachments to the General Comments:
The users should be able to add the attachment without incident.
The users are unable to add the attachment as there is no button to do so.
It is noted that the attachment can be added after Accept is initiated and the Action form is being utilized.
