Symptoms
After a Learner finishes an Assessment with the correct answers, they get the following error:
Warning. You didn't achieve a passing score on this assessment. However, you have 998 more attempts to complete this assessment.
After clicking OK on the pop-up window for the error, they get this message:
You didn't receive a passing score on the assessment. You have reached the maximum amount of attempts to complete this assessment.
The activity then does not change to a Completed status despite the correct answers being provided.
